this might sound random but i genuinely think we should vote more often, even outside of the "important" voting periods

not just because every vote counts, but because consistency is something you build over time. u get familiar with the apps, u know how different voting systems work, u learn how to pace urself, and when bigger awards come around, it doesn't feel overwhelming anymore.

treat every voting period as practice. some may not seem that important, but they're all chances to improve as a fandom. by the time something huge comes, we'll already know what we're doing instead of trying to figure everything out at the last minute.

but that's just what i think though
