SM Takes Strong Action Against Illegal Activities

On the 10th, SM Entertainment posted a notice on its official channels titled, “We would like to inform you of the current status of our response regarding acts infringing upon the rights of our artists.” The company stated, “We are also aware that some malicious posters have recently been attempting to evade legal responsibility through various circumvention tactics, such as deleting accounts and posts, deactivating accounts, or switching to private mode,” adding, “However, legal responsibility or punishment cannot be avoided regardless of any circumvention tactics.” This really needs to lead to severe punishment!
