Espa, the person distributing the false video has been fined!
2025.02.11 18:08
Netizens who defamed the reputation of group Espa were legally punished.
SM Entertainment, aespa's agency, said on the 11th through Gwangya 119, "We have collected evidence of malicious posts and comments about aespa through reports from fans and our own monitoring, and based on this, we are responding by filing a complaint for insult, defamation, and editing and distributing false video."
He then said, “Many of the accused have been identified and are currently under investigation, and some have been sent to the prosecution and received final court dispositions as follows.”
According to SM Entertainment, those who distributed false videos related to aespa using Telegram were given a summary order (fine) for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (distribution of false videos, etc.).
I think they should be punished more severely~
