Honestly, I am a fan of Cha Eun-woo. However, I feel saddened to hear this news. I am not trying to defend him, and frankly, I don't think it is appropriate for me to go on and on as a third party since I do not know the full story.
20 billion won is a huge amount, so I don't think it was blatant tax evasion; there is likely an underlying reason.
This amounts to an admission of tax evasion, so I hope they issue a statement later.
