I looked it up and it's a photo from a Japanese magazine called Numero Tokyo last year.

Veemon, who usually shows off strong and forceful outfits, looks pretty and suits her well in relatively natural outfits.

Since it's a magazine, I guess they did an interview, but I'm curious about the content...
