The reason why Big Bang's Daesung is called "Yabai Kang" in Japan!
2025.03.13 18:41
I know very well that Big Bang's Daesung's popularity in Japan is no joke!
Even GD said that 60% of Japanese Big Bang fans are Daesung fans !
That's probably why Daesung's Japanese fans' nickname is "Yabai River."
People like me who don't know Japanese well think it's called Yabawi River(?)
I was wondering if you had turned to fraud like Noh Hong-chul in Japan before.
( I heard it wrong as Yabawi River(?) and thought that Daesung's character in Japan was a character who is good at committing fraud... )
I would like to ask Mr. Heo Young-man to explain in the program called <Baekban Travel> where he is the MC.
' Yabai ' is a Japanese slang word meaning ' awesome , cool ' !
As a result, you can see that 'Yabai River' = 'a cool river (Daesung)'^^
