G-Dragon has once again proven his influence as a global cultural icon by being selected for the '2025 HYPEBEAST 100'.
G-Dragon has been named to the '2025 Hypebeast 100 (HB100)' announced by American global fashion and lifestyle magazine Hypebeast. 'HB100' is a list of 100 influential people who symbolize the current year across contemporary cultures including fashion, streetwear, music, art, and design, and is based on their influence across cultures beyond genre and nationality.
Regarding the reason for G-Dragon's selection, the company stated, "It is because he has proven his ongoing influence as a global cultural icon through his unique creative activities encompassing art, fashion, and luxury beyond music throughout 2025."
Since becoming the first K-pop artist to be selected for 'HB100' in 2013, G-Dragon has continued his unique record by being selected for 9 times in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and this year.
G-Dragon has been selected as a global cultural icon.
Congratulations on being selected for the 9th time, which is an incredible record.
