The 'G-D x Sun Man' duo acknowledged even by G-Dragon lol

Do you know the story of the legendary copycat duo, 'Jji-Dragon (Choi Ji-yong)' and 'Taeyang-in (Kim Hae-jun),' who copied Big Bang's GD and Taeyang with a somewhat loose(?) look and even made it onto music shows?

1. The 'Worldview of Fakes' That Began at the Shishito Pepper Festival

It started with the Taeyang-in character introduced by comedian Kim Hae-jun. The unique vibe of the sun

"Everyone~ I missed you so much~"

Imitating concert ments amazingly,

I traveled around to festivals all over the country, including the Shishito Pepper Festival, and created an alter ego called 'Taeyang-in' that parodies Taeyang-nim lol

The situation spiraled out of control when Choi Ji-yong, a hidden master comedian who had been silently imitating G-Dragon as a subject of comedy since 2007, joined as Jji-Dragon (Jji-D).

(As if by a twist of fate, comedian Choi Ji-yong is also Ji-yong, GD.)

He received an explosive reaction by exaggerating and imitating GD's signature slightly twisted speech, cocky yet edgy gestures, and unique swag by 200%.

2. Actually got a 'Like' from GD lol

With the fake poised to surpass the real

When we took over YouTube Shorts, a miracle happened.

The real G-Dragon in the parody video uploaded by Jjidragon

I personally stepped in and pressed 'Like' on Instagram myself lol

Jji-Dragon, who has consistently imitated G-Dragon since 2007, expressed his overwhelming emotion bordering on sobbing, saying, "I never thought a day like this would come," and as this news spread, the popularity of the two skyrocketed.

3. Forced entry into the terrestrial music show 'The Seasons'

Eventually, this copycat duo went beyond YouTube and was officially invited to KBS 2TV's terrestrial music show, "The Seasons - Choi Jung-hoon's Night Park."

The Seasons audience

I was about to cheer thinking that GD & Taeyang had actually appeared, but

When 'Just a Comedian' came out, I was instantly disappointed and let out a hollow laugh lol

Completely disregarding the audience who are openly disappointed

Jjidi and the Sun-person comedy duo

They performed GD & Taeyang's hit song 'Good Boy' live.

Jjidi and Taeyang started the stage like a joke, but

Thanks to the comedian's signature solid vocalization, singing ability, and perfect dance moves (?), the audience burst into laughter while responding with a sing-along.

I also watched that performance

At least Jjidi looks similar with the hat on, so I feel like I might be fooled a little.

Mr. Taeyangin is just comedian Kim Hae-jun exactly as he is.

I just kept spouting off the characteristics of a Taeyang type lol

Impersonator singers who toured local festivals like the Shishito Pepper Festival

The very sight of them enjoying the stage like real artists, under the scorching cheers of the audience and the camera angles of terrestrial broadcasters, was a huge laugh-out-loud moment lol.

Even Big Bang's G-Dragon finds it absurd that parody comedians

Didn't he open a channel called <I Am a Sun Person> as an alter ego?

Aren't they going on the <The Seasons> stage in their place?

Like the Avengers movie

It was about gradually increasing the number of characters and expanding the worldview, haha.

Seriously, even GD, Taeyang, and Daesung

It was a delightful episode that personally demonstrated that "if you imitate with sincerity, you can even make it to music shows," to the point where I later laughed while mentioning the story of Taeyangin x Jjidi.

If even a parody singer does their best

As the saying goes, 'If you are sincere, you will be moved by heaven.'

It shows that they can appear on music shows lol
