Top finally breaks his silence and gives an interview.

There was a lot of controversy surrounding Top, who appeared as Thanos in Squid Game 2.

Even after Ogame 2 opened, you were silent and didn't say anything~~

Now I see you're doing an interview about Ogame 2~~ Of course I thought I'd survive until season 3;;;;

In season 2;;; lol

But since I had to play the role of a pharmacist, I was a bit frowning, but whatever, it was a role...

The acting itself wasn't that strange~~ Since he was originally a drug addict, isn't it a bit of a strange role??

I don't think there's anything to say about Gu Ji's acting skills, but he gets criticized a lot for various reasons~~

[OSEN=Reporter Ha Su-jeong] Singer and actor T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun) will finally appear for an interview for Season 2 of Netflix's 'Squid Game'.

According to OSEN’s coverage on the morning of the 10th, TOP will be meeting with reporters for the first time at a cafe in Seoul on the 15th. As he has been excluded from various promotional activities such as production presentations and global showcases, interest is growing as to what he will say in this first domestic interview.

Previously, TOP played the role of Thanos, a retired rapper, in the Netflix original series 'Squid Game' season 2, which was released last month. He was once a successful rapper, but he lost everything after investing in a coin recommended by YouTuber Lee Myung-ki (played by Im Si-wan). He participates in the game due to debt from the coin, and he smuggles in synthetic drugs and hides them in his necklace to take them.

However, the casting process sparked a controversy over network casting, with people saying, "Wasn't he recommended for a global production by his friends Lee Jung-jae and Lee Byung-hun?" Lee Jung-jae and Lee Byung-hun denied this, saying, "That's not true. Casting is an abuse of an actor's authority." Director Hwang Dong-hyeok also drew a line at the rumor, saying, "I saw potential in him, and whenever he showed any shortcomings, he was finally chosen after several auditions."

Meanwhile, TOP quit acting after being sentenced to 10 months in prison and 2 years of probation for smoking marijuana in 2016. He even made statements suggesting he was retiring from the entertainment industry, but he resumed his activities by appearing in Season 2 of 'Squid Game'.
