Jennie's 'Ruby' selected as 'Album of the Year' by Rolling Stone!!

 

Jennie 'Ruby' was the only K-pop singer to be included in the 66 albums on 'The Best Albums of 2025 So Far' announced by the prestigious American music magazine Rolling Stone on the 5th (local time).

Rolling Stone said of Jennie's "Ruby," "It's an interesting new take on the ideas that dominated R&B-centric pop music of the 2000s and 2010s."

 

 

The title of Jennie's new album, 'Ruby', is the middle name of Jennie's full English name, 'JENNIE RUBY JANE'. To that extent, it is an album related to her own identity. She took charge of producing it herself and clearly presented her 'own narrative'. A total of fifteen songs are included.
