Jenny, 'smoking indoors' reported to Italian embassy

In Italy, a smoking ban has been in effect since January 2005. Anyone caught smoking in an indoor public place is subject to a fine of up to 250 euros (about 370,000 won) per cigarette. The fine is doubled if the person smokes in front of a pregnant woman or a child.
