The reason why a bedtime broadcast became a wake-up broadcast

At first, everyone was whispering about being sleepy and finding comfortable positions, so I really thought they would fall asleep.
It really started like a bedtime broadcast, but then suddenly there was talk of sirens, and it started with suspicions that someone was running towards us.
In the end, we started waking each other up, pulling each other out of bed, and playing pranks, and it completely turned into a wake-up broadcast.
