Placement and duties
V is assigned to the 2nd Army Corps and serves in the Ssangyong Unit in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do. This unit is a special mission unit that is primarily responsible for counter-terrorism, VIP protection, and other important military missions. In order to fulfill this demanding mission, V underwent rigorous selection tests and training immediately after enlisting, and was selected to be part of the most elite unit.
Special mission units require more advanced training and roles than regular units. V has excelled in the training and is performing his duties as a member of the unit. These missions require extremely high levels of physical and mental strength, so V's efforts and growth are noticeable.
