The footsteps on the chart did not stop. The shining numbers and names, and the passion of the fans that permeated them, quietly but clearly created waves in the chart. The music did not stop, and 'Seven' once again surpassed records that were difficult to imagine.

BTS's Jungkook's "Seven," released in July 2023, set a record of entering the Melon main chart's "TOP 100" for 100 consecutive weeks. On the afternoon of the same day, "Seven" maintained its position in the top 40, with cumulative streaming exceeding 216 million and total listeners reaching 3.6 million. These figures prove the song's long-term popularity in numbers. "Seven" also reached the top spot on Melon, proving its unrivaled influence by staying on the charts for 69 days in the top 3, 100 days in the top 5, 164 days in the top 10, and 451 days in the top 50.

Beyond Korea, the clear traces of 'Seven' are even more evident on global charts. It has also succeeded in ranking for 100 consecutive weeks on Spotify's 'Weekly Top Song Global' chart, the world's largest music streaming platform, and is writing a new record for the first and longest period as an Asian solo artist. It also made history by being the first Asian solo artist to have entered Billboard's main chart 'Global (excluding the US)' for 100 consecutive weeks. It has also proven its global mega hit song aspect by staying on the 'Global 200' chart for 99 consecutive weeks, approaching the 100th week.

In addition, Jungkook reached No. 1 on Melon's 'TOP 100' chart in 2023 in just 11 hours, the shortest time for a solo artist, and became the 'first' male idol and male artist to top the chart. He also achieved the 'fastest' weekly chart and 100,000 likes that year, demonstrating his unrivaled presence as an artist. After sweeping four awards at the music awards ceremony MMA2023, including 'Best Solo Male', he also took home the '2024 Top 10' trophy at 'MMA2024' in 2024, during his inactive period.

'Seven' not only won major award ceremonies at home and abroad, but also debuted at number one on the US Billboard 'Hot 100' main single chart, staying on the chart for 15 weeks, securing popularity in the pop market. It also set a record for the first time for a K-pop solo singer song by entering the UK Official Main Single Chart 'TOP 100' and staying on it for 14 weeks.

The numbers left by Jungkook and 'Seven' were not just numbers, but waves and trends that moved popular music. Jungkook's name still shines on the charts, and 'Seven' does not lose its intensity like a message that is conveyed while going over each layer of records. It is revealed that the power of music is ultimately proven over time, and the great record Jungkook set remains in the hearts of many people as a long-lasting echo.
