Min Yoongi's participation in the treatment center and donation - Music is a passage that connects the world

Recently, BTS' Suga donated 5 billion won to Severance Hospital at Yonsei Medical Center for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. tidings There was this.

This is said to be the largest donation ever by an individual celebrity. The donation will be used to build the 'Min Yoongi Treatment Center', and Suga directly participated in not only building the center, but also developing a treatment program using music content.

Sugar went beyond being a simple donor and showed his dedication by actively participating in the program from preparation to execution.

Even while serving, he never once showed up late for the 90-minute program that ran every weekend for 10 weeks, and instead showed his passion by arriving early to prepare. He tried to communicate with the children at their level and read over 500 pages of related books, showing a serious attitude. The professor in charge also praised him, saying he was deeply impressed by Suga's sincerity.

Suga believes that music can be a channel that connects children to the world, and expressed his wish to help more children. Suga's fan club ARMY also joined in on his cause and voluntarily donated over 200 million won, adding to the warmth.

Even with their busy schedules, they take time every weekend to participate in the programs themselves and try to communicate with the children at their eye level, which shows the true meaning of a 'donor'.
