BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) has started running to lose weight ahead of their full group comeback.

V revealed on Weverse Live on the 29th of last month that he started running along the Han River with Jungkook. V said that he ran for two days as soon as he returned to the country on the 27th of last month after throwing the first pitch at a LA Dodgers game in the US Major League Baseball, and said, “I run with Jungkook, and he has great stamina. I was so tired that I drooled while running. If I had run a little more, I would have collapsed. I foamed at the mouth,” making everyone laugh with his honest remark. V added that exercising while maintaining a heart rate of 120-130 is a proven way to lose body fat.

V said he would run along the Han River with Jungkook three times a week. When Jungkook said, "I ran yesterday too, around 8 or 9 p.m. But if ARMYs knew we were running at that time, they'd probably come looking for us like we were catching Pokemon Go," V added to the laughter by setting some conditions for ARMY: "Let's run together. But no pretending to know each other, no talking, only focusing on running, and no overtaking because it'll hurt our pride."

V revealed his weight loss goal, saying, "I'm going to lose 3kg and weigh around 65kg." He previously revealed that he had lost 13kg by cutting out carbohydrates immediately after his discharge from the military in June. Having bulked up and gained nearly 20kg through exercise during his military service, V has embarked on a weight loss regimen ahead of his resumption of activities.

Jungkook also said, "I currently weigh 75kg, but I'm working out and eating only one meal a day to get down to 68kg." He also encouraged ARMY to join him on the diet.

Wow, you've lost a lot of weight.

Even now, the visuals are still great

I don't think being an idol is easy either.
