I read the article about the 'Golden Disk Powerhouse 40' list today.
BTS and senior Cho Yong-pil
I'm so thrilled to hear that we were both selected.
Among the artists representing Korean popular music over the past 40 years,
The fact that BTS's name is on it
That means that their global influence and musical value have been recognized.
With artists loved across generations
I feel proud and satisfied when I see my name listed.
Especially TVXQ, Girls' Generation, and Blackpink
I see it mentioned along with representative idols of each generation
I feel anew how important a role BTS played in spreading K-pop to the world.
BTS will continue to make Korean music history in the future.
I hope it will shine brightly for a long time.
Today is a day that touches my heart as an ARMY.
