"K-pop is like bibimbap"… RM's message to the APEC summit
2025.10.29 23:45
After listening to RM's speech at the APEC CEO Summit, I was amazed by the cultural influence of K-pop and RM's deep insight.
How K-pop transcended borders and languages to capture the hearts of people around the world.
I was able to get a glimpse of the sincerity and effort behind that success.
I was impressed by RM's description of K-pop as a "360-degree total package," emphasizing its multi-layered appeal including music, dance, performance, and storytelling.
Also, talking about the role of the fandom called 'ARMY' and emphasizing the positive influence that cultural solidarity and inclusivity create made me feel proud as a K-pop fan.
I felt that RM was doing a great job of being more than just an artist, but also a cultural ambassador.

- 01CommentsThat's right, Jin's solo career is really amazing too, haha. I think he got overshadowed because there are so many other members who became producers and have hit songs. It's a shame.10012326.10.20
