Japanese fan indicted on charges of sexual assault for kissing Jin

A Japanese woman in her 50s who kissed Jinnim on the cheek by surprise has been brought to trial on charges of sexual assault.
The woman reportedly complained of injustice, saying, "I'm so angry. I didn't know this would be a crime."
This is really absurd.
Doesn't this clearly constitute non-consensual contact with a corpse?
