The Japanese woman accused of forcibly kissing Jin has been brought to trial.
2025.11.20 17:33
There have been reports that Ms. A, the woman who forcibly kissed BTS's Jin, will be tried on charges of sexual assault under the criminal law.
The prosecution indicted Mr. A without detention, but the circumstances surrounding his surprise approach to Jin's cheek at a fan meeting last year are problematic.
In the fan community, the response and level of punishment at the time of the incident became a hot topic.
Person A also claimed in a media interview that “I didn’t know that kissing could be a crime.”
Now that legal proceedings have officially begun, I hope that all the facts will come to light in the upcoming trial.
From a fan's perspective, I hope Jin's right to be protected is clearly protected.
