The first trial date has been set for a Japanese woman in her 50s who was indicted on charges of sexually assaulting Jin.
This woman was indicted without detention on the 12th on charges of sexual assault under criminal law.
The first trial for this woman is expected to be held in July next year.
The incident occurred in June of last year when Jin finished his military service and held a free hug event for fans in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
