[talk] Seoul City prepares for BTS's Gwanghwamun concert

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will prepare comprehensive safety management measures ahead of BTS's concert at Gwanghwamun Square on March 21st.

Today, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon held a safety inspection meeting to prepare for three major large-scale crowds and ensure the safety of citizens.

They discussed eliminating the exorbitant fees charged by surrounding accommodations and various event programs to welcome many global fans.

To prevent the occurrence of vulnerable management areas, it appears that they will seek prior advice from safety experts and prepare a crisis response system for each stage through real-time monitoring of safety management personnel deployment.

Also, to eradicate exorbitant ticket prices, undercover inspectors will be used in accommodations near performance venues and tourist areas where many global fans are expected to visit.

It looks like they're going to launch a crackdown.

In addition, we plan to make the Gwanghwamun area a festival venue by preparing event programs such as performances and festivals that numerous global fans can enjoy before and after BTS's performances.
