[talk] Man in his 50s arrested for threatening to set fire to BTS concert in Gwanghwamun

It is reported that a man in his 50s who posted a comment on social media threatening to pour gasoline into a water bottle and throw it at the BTS concert in Gwanghwamun has been arrested and an arrest warrant has been issued.

When asked why he left such a comment, he stated that he merely wrote it to attract attention out of a momentary outburst at a post about traffic control during the BTS Gwanghwamun concert, and had no actual intention of carrying it out.

However, the police stated that they would respond strictly, calling it a serious crime that disrupted the social safety net and caused public anxiety.
