There are some situations that escalated due to someone's words, though.
I don't think Koreans should be criticized for not being able to speak English.
However, they have released English songs, have been active in English-speaking countries, and have been active for 10 years.
Even if you can't be fluent, it would be a good idea to at least be able to have simple conversations.
