BTS Looking at The City Seoul project, it feels more interesting because it is designed as a proper participatory festival rather than just a simple exhibition. I heard that Ami Madang at DDP is a space that interprets the traditional Korean courtyard sensibility in a modern way, and the staging is impressive, setting the mood right from the entrance with photo zone sculptures.
In particular, customization experiences where fans can personalize T-shirts or light sticks, or programs where they can write down their favorite lyrics to complete an exhibition, seem like they would be both meaningful and definitely fun for fans. Since it is structured so that fans create memories through active participation rather than just watching, I have a feeling it will be even more memorable.
The atmosphere on site seems to be immersively composed with red lighting and various objects, so I think it will be even more overwhelming in person. A project that utilizes the entire city like this as a single piece of content definitely feels like it has a different scale, which makes me look forward to it even more.
