BTS will appear as the main act at the halftime show of the 2026 CONCACAF World Cup final. They will share the stage as co-main acts alongside pop stars Madonna and Shakira. Global Citizen, an international civic movement organization in charge of producing the halftime show, and FIFA, the International Football Federation, announced that BTS will take the stage for the World Cup final halftime show at the New Jersey Stadium in New York on July 19. This marks the first time a halftime show will be held during a World Cup final. The event was organized to create a stage that unites the world by combining sports, music, and culture, and the show is being curated by Chris Martin of the world-renowned band Coldplay. BTS expressed their feelings, stating that it is an honor to stand on such a meaningful stage shared by the entire world.
