Hearing that it was the first time the POS machine at the Nonsan Training Center had ever broken down, I could picture the situation in my mind and laughed to myself for quite a while while reading it.

It was hilarious that he ended up being called into the company commander's office to explain himself because of this. I heard that when his fellow recruits came to apologize later, he coolly forgave them but still threw in a remark saying, "Snail cream is a bit much, isn't it?" I could just picture that tone, and it made him feel even more approachable. Before they went to the army, he must have seemed like such a distant superstar to everyone, but seeing him get along so warmly with them once he was actually there made me realize he is a truly genuine person. Looking at other people's comments, everyone seemed incredibly envious, saying that if they had met a fellow recruit like RM, their military life would have been so much easier. I guess everyone thinks the same way about people.
