The Stanford performance seems like a moment that will truly go down in BTS history.
2026.05.22 16:19
Reading the article about the Stanford Stadium concert is making me feel inexplicably emotional.
I think it is a truly amazing record that BTS is the second artist to perform at a stadium that opened in 1921, following Coldplay.
More than anything, just reading about the Korean flag event and the mass singing of Arirang prepared by the fans on the last day makes me emotional.
For the fans who witnessed it firsthand, it must have been a moment they will remember for a lifetime.
The part where the melody of the traditional folk song Arirang played on the Body to Body stage and everyone sang along in Korean was particularly impressive.
I think this is a moment where I realize once again why BTS are global superstars.
It seems the members weren't kidding when they said it was the best moment of their lives.
It feels even more meaningful to me because I have a strong sense that this performance was created together with the fans.
The North American tour continues, and I look forward to seeing what touching moments will unfold in the remaining performances.
