RM had previously revealed that his father worked at SK Innovation.

It is known that RM's father joined SK Energy, the predecessor of SK Innovation, as an office worker in the early 1990s and retired in 2018.

An official from SK Innovation said regarding RM's father, "He was a diligent worker and the epitome of sincerity and humility."

It was also reported that "he was someone who focused solely on his position and work without making a big show of the fact that BTS's RM is his son."

So RM was good at studying because he took after his father, haha.
