I hear the news that the BTS Busan concert is imminent. I'm really looking forward to it.

The weather has been nice lately, so I hope everyone is enjoying their cultural activities. Recently, news broke about BTS's concert in Busan, so I imagine fans must be very excited already. I heard that a major concert is scheduled to take place in Busan on June 12th and 13th, 2026. Since they are such a globally popular group, the whole of Busan is already buzzing with excitement.

In fact, with countless fans flocking from all over the world, hotels and accommodations in the Busan area are already experiencing a boom to the point where they are fully booked. The sheer volume of people is so overwhelming that even the government has come up with measures to address traffic congestion and accommodation issues. On the day of the concert, plans are underway to significantly increase the operation of the Busan Metro and Light Rail, as well as drastically boost the number of late-night express buses and KTX trains to facilitate audience travel. They are even reportedly pursuing an interesting idea to screen late-night movies near the venue to help disperse the demand for accommodation.

Of course, there are concerns about price gouging and unilateral cancellations whenever large-scale events are held, so I feel a bit relieved to hear that the government has stepped in to actively manage the situation, such as by strengthening compensation standards for damages. As this is a precious festival that everyone has been waiting for for a long time, I hope it becomes a venue where everyone can happily enjoy themselves in a safe and pleasant environment.
