BTS Japanese fan who was verbally abused after inquiring about accommodation reservation

I was really shocked when I read the article. It is so shocking to hear that a fan who came to Korea to see the BTS concert had their accommodation reservation canceled and was subjected to verbal abuse after inquiring about booking. I hope that fans who come to create good memories do not have to go through something like this, and I hope this issue is resolved well.
