I wish safety came first over controversy at every BTS concert.

The issue of drafting civil servants is coming up again. I remember there was a similar controversy during the previous performance in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, so it is a bit disappointing that the same thing is being brought up again for this Busan performance.

Personally, I believe that safety management is paramount given the sheer scale of the BTS concert and the large number of international tourists visiting, not just domestic fans. It is also true that more personnel than usual are required in various areas, such as transportation, medical services, guidance, and safety management, as tens of thousands of people move at once and crowds gather around the venue.

Of course, I fully understand the concerns regarding the workload of public officials. However, rather than viewing the performance itself negatively, I hope we can have a discussion on why such support is necessary and what the most efficient method is. Since the BTS concert is more than just a simple event that has a significant impact on local tourism and the economy, I believe it is necessary to consider various perspectives together.
