Regular and ongoing legal action is being taken against the creators of malicious posts on major online communities, music platforms such as Melon, Bugs, and Genie Music, and overseas social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Thread, and Telegram.
The trial results regarding the privacy invasion crime were also disclosed. Big Hit Music stated that regarding the previously announced case of trespassing and stalking a BTS member, the defendant stood trial while in custody for approximately three months, and the court sentenced him to one year in prison, suspended for two years. I really hope the malicious commenters are properly punished...
