V approached a male fan with Down syndrome at the 'ARIRANG' world tour concert held at the Stadium of King Baudouin in Brussels, Belgium.
During the performance of 'Poetry for Small Things,' V spotted this fan in the disabled seating area and responded to him by dancing with him.
As the fan smiled with an excited expression, V sent a heart, and the fan responded with a heart as well. After enjoying the stage together for a while, V put his hands together to wave and left. It really looks so good together!
