I was watching RM's interview, and his thoughts on the leader really left a deep impression on me.

The metaphor that a leader is the first person to get up and close the window when it is cold and no one wants to move was not difficult to understand, yet its meaning really resonated with me.

I really resonated with the saying that the person who takes the initiative in the less visible, bothersome tasks is the one who leads the team.

It was also impressive that he honestly admitted to being a bit of a self-righteous leader, especially in the early days of his debut.

Seeing him say that he has also changed his leadership style and way of communicating as the members have grown, I realized that a good leader is someone who constantly learns and changes.

I think the BTS of today exists because of the process of respecting and adjusting to each other while working together for a long time.

After reading the interview, I understood once again why RM is regarded by so many people as a good leader.
