My thoughts on the Grammy boycott of BTS!

All the members posted on social media on July 29th!

They boycotted the album by officially announcing that they would not submit their 5th studio album, "Arirang," to the Grammys.

It was even more shocking because the album had topped the Billboard 200 for two consecutive weeks, and I think the news of BTS boycotting the Grammys carried different weight because BTS themselves spoke out.

When I first heard the news, I was wondering what it was all about, but after hearing the details, I also thought it was a decision befitting an artist!

Watching the recent BTS Grammy boycott, I wondered why the essence of music is divided by race and language. I hope that awards ceremony culture changes to become more fair and healthy in the future, and I believe the Grammys should also fairly re-examine the matter!
