💜 Seokjin Surpasses 1 Billion Streams on Spotify!!

Group BTS member Jin has added another meaningful record in the global music market.

According to the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify, "Don't Say You Love Me," the title track from Jin's second mini-album "Echo" released last May, surpassed 1 billion cumulative plays as of the 18th. This marks the highest streaming figure among Jin's solo songs, an achievement that once again proves his musical influence.

'Don't Say You Love Me' is a pop song that captures the complex emotions of lovers who cannot easily let go of each other even at the tail end of a relationship. Jin's restrained vocals, layered over an understated sound and calm melody, convey the song's chilling sentiment even more clearly, drawing empathy from listeners.

Upon its release, the song made its presence known by entering the U.S. Billboard Main Song Chart 'Hot 100' at number 90 (dated May 31, 2025). This marks Jin's third solo song to enter the 'Hot 100,' following 'The Astronaut' and 'Running Wild.' Along with this, the song continued its steady popularity by achieving consistent results on major global charts, including 2nd place on Spotify's 'Weekly Top Songs Global,' 6th place on Billboard's 'Global 200,' and 4th place on 'Global (excluding U.S.).'

Album-level performance is also noteworthy. The second mini-album 'Echo', which includes 'Don't Say You Love Me', ranked 3rd on the Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' (dated May 31, 2025), breaking Jin's highest ranking since his solo debut.
