Hearing the news about the top spots on the Billboard Summer Songs chart makes me think that people's ears are all the same all over the world.

The weather was really hot this summer, so I'm sure many of you endured your commutes listening to 'Swim'. It’s a song I haven’t taken out of my playlist for a single day, and hearing the news that it’s in the top ranks of the Billboard Summer Songs chart makes me realize that people's ears are all the same. Its signature refreshing beat and powerful vocals were a perfect match for the summer vibe. Even though it wasn't a seasonal track released specifically targeting the summer season, it feels like listeners consumed it as a representative summer hit on their own and pushed it onto the charts, which makes me think the energy the song itself possessed was truly immense.
