BTS was the closing act at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

The '2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival' was held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA on the 18th, and BTS came out as the final act to grace the finale.

The first song was SWIM, the title track from their 5th studio album, 'Arirang'. They said the atmosphere was quite mysterious, with a video of water rippling inside a giant tank playing on the stage LEDs and blue lighting added to it. Even though I only saw it in the video, the song and the staging matched so perfectly that I found myself watching it over and over again.

The article described this stage as 'BTS 2.0,' and I had a similar thought while watching it. The energy from before is still there, but the entire stage looked much more relaxed. Considering their schedule must be tight with the world tour, I think it is amazing that they were able to execute even a festival stage with such high quality.

Since the audience at overseas festivals is different from on tour, there must have been many people seeing BTS for the first time, but I think quite a few people became new fans thanks to this performance. I look forward to seeing what kind of performance they will show us next.
