Hong Kong media also took notice of V's performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

BTS took the stage at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA. It is said that the reaction to V's performance was particularly enthusiastic.

It is reported that the Oriental Daily, a major Hong Kong daily, published a special article on this festival titled "BTS Shakes Las Vegas and the V Craze Is Intense." They also reportedly featured a photo of V on the main page.

The article reportedly summarized V's performance with the phrase "Pungchwibimun," which is said to mean that he blew a hot breeze and a hand kiss. Regarding BTS, it introduced them by stating that after announcing the return of the king in March, they stood on the stage of a major festival again and garnered the attention of fans worldwide once more with their album "Arirang."

It is said that V delivered a flawless live performance even amidst intense choreography. The official Las Vegas account also uploaded a video of V, commenting that his aura was truly hot.

It is said that the response was also confirmed by the numbers. It was the most mentioned member in X and had the highest participation rate. It also hit a 100 percent peak in search volume on Google Trends and was the most searched in over 50 countries, including the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Japan.

Given that even overseas media published separate articles about it, I can imagine what the atmosphere on the scene must have been like.
