This title is an honor bestowed by the mayor upon prominent visitors who have contributed to the city's development. Local media reported that this is the first such designation in about 10 years. There was also news regarding the estimated spending effect of the concert audience, which is expected to reach approximately 40.6 billion won. I was truly moved when I read about the plan to illuminate the City Hall and landmarks in purple.
