Intense rain, thunderstorms and hail hit Santiago on October 13, flooding parts of the Estadio Nacional complex and worrying fans ahead of BTS's first show. Officials quickly confirmed that the October 14 concert would go ahead as planned. Authorities had also banned fans from camping around the stadium because of the weather. The three Santiago shows on October 14, 16 and 17 were the group's first in Chile since 2017, after a venue dispute earlier in the year.
