BTS's Swim won the plagiarism lawsuit.
This is the copyright lawsuit filed by Melissa Mays against BTS.
In this lawsuit, it is said that Melissa did not register the copyright and did not present any evidence of reproduction.
They also say that even the recording file hasn't been verified.
So the result was a victory for BTS and HYVE.
I guess they just gave it a try because BTS is popular.
