A scene from BTS's North American tour and Paris concert.

방탄소년단 북미 투어와 파리 공연의 한 장면

The news that BTS’s Arirang World Tour has wrapped up 31 performances in North America was impressive. It is said that they met approximately 1.92 million spectators with every show sold out. It is a long schedule just looking at the number of performances, but when you consider the time fans waited in each city, the number feels even more significant.

It is said that four performances were held at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, attended by approximately 282,000 people. It is heartening to see people gather in one city over several days to wait for the same team's performance. Given the large scale of the venue, I imagine the view of the stage from afar must be special as well.

This photo is not from the North American concert, but a scene from the Paris concert last July. With the stage and the audience captured in the same frame, the term "world tour" feels a bit more real. It has a different atmosphere from photos where you can see the members' expressions up close, so I find myself gazing at it for a long time.

Although I couldn't see the performances in person, it is enjoyable to catch up on updates from the stages across various cities one by one. Even within the same tour, the distance and perspective captured in each photo are different. Looking at the scenery remaining from Paris, I calmly reflect on the time that led up to the North American leg of the tour.
