Attorneys for the American composers who filed a copyright lawsuit regarding the title track "SWIM" from the 5th studio album "Arirang" requested the complete withdrawal of the lawsuit through documents submitted to the court. On October 22 (local time), the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed the amended complaint in the copyright lawsuit filed by Melissa Mays against BTS, their agency Big Hit Music, HYBE, and HYBE America, and registered a judgment in favor of the defendants.
