"As long as ARMYs are having fun, what's the problem with suffering?"
BTS' Jin will be challenging a solo variety show for the first time since his debut.
On the 30th at 9 PM, Jin posted a pre-released video of his own variety show 'Run Seok Jin' on BTS' official YouTube channel. 'Run Seok Jin' is Jin's solo variety show in which he challenges himself in various fields with the mindset that he 'can do anything' in order to respond to the love of ARMY (ARMY, the fandom name).
The video released that day contained the story right after meeting fans through '2024 FESTA' commemorating the team's debut anniversary on June 13th. Jin, who was getting into the car to go home from work, showed his enthusiasm to the production crew, saying, "If ARMY are having fun, what's the problem with suffering?" and "If we have to go to Hallasan, we can go there." However, his pupils immediately shook when he heard that the first episode was about climbing Hallasan. In fact, climbing was an idea Jin had suggested during the preliminary meeting. Nevertheless, Jin made a flustered and disappointed expression, saying that he didn't know they would make him climb Hallasan right from the first episode, which made everyone laugh.
Fans who watched the pre-released video expressed their anticipation for the news of Jin's solo entertainment show, which he is known for. In fact, Jin has been very active in BTS's own content 'Run BTS', SBS's 'Running Man', Park Myung-soo's YouTube channel 'Hal Myung-soo', and Lee Young-ji's 'I Don't Have Anything'. In particular, the 'I Don't Have Anything' video that Jin appeared in surpassed 10 million YouTube views in about 4 days since its release, and as of 1 p.m. on the 31st, it has gained huge popularity with over 24 million views.
'Run Seok Jin', where you can experience Jin's entertainment sense as outstanding as his visuals, will release its first episode on the global super fan platform Weverse at 9 PM on August 13th. You can also watch 'Run Seok Jin' on BTS' official YouTube channel an hour later. After that, you can watch a new episode every Tuesday at the same time.
Jin will be appearing in his first solo variety show since his debut, 'Run, Seokjin'
" If our fan club ARMY is having fun, what's the problem with suffering?", "If we can go to Mt. Halla, we can go there," he said, showing his love and passion for his fans.
I will be watching the first episode on August 13th!
