Samsung Electronics Considers Terminating BTS Brand Ambassador Contract
2024.08.29 08:58
As controversy over drunk driving allegations against BTS member Suga spreads, Samsung Electronics is reportedly considering terminating its brand ambassador contract with him.
According to a Korea Herald report on the 28th, an insider familiar with Samsung Electronics’ internal affairs stated, “Regardless of fandom, it is very risky to put forward a person who has caused social controversy as a brand ambassador. Careful review is necessary.”
The official added, “That doesn’t mean we’ll immediately exclude Suga from the advertisements. The contract is with BTS as a whole. It’s difficult to take immediate action unless Suga leaves the team. We need to watch the situation a bit more.”
Oh my gosh ㅠㅠ I totally understand this from a corporate perspective😥

- 01CommentsThere’s a funny point in even a single recent photo of V. It’s so cute how he has the sense to personally offer an explanation lol.478026.10.25
