BTS V, '2024 Worldwide Artist Instagram Likes Top 12'

BTS' V shined with global popularity by proving his powerful influence on Instagram even during his military service.

Pop Core, a pop media outlet, analyzed the Instagrams of artists around the world and announced the results of the 'Top 12 Most Liked Posts on Instagram in 2024'.

Among the 'Top 12 Likes' posts, 4 were from V's Instagram. This is equivalent to 1/3 of the total posts, proving V's hot topic and immense popularity by recording the highest number of likes among artists worldwide even during his military service.

Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift each had two posts in the top 12. Other artists with the most likes include Selena Gomez and Billie Eilish. The post with the most likes was a photo of the soles of a baby's feet posted by Justin Bieber, who became a father after six years of marriage.

V took second place with a photo he posted on Instagram on January 15 with the caption, “Taejun and Jihye, be happy,” along with a scene from IU’s “Love Wins All” music video.

In the 'Love Wins All' music video, V played the main character who expressed love that transcended social discrimination, oppression, and a devastated world, giving a powerful performance that left a lasting impression.

After the release of the 'Love Wins All' music video, fans were obsessed with V and IU's acting, and they created a buzz by immersing themselves into the music video's worldview by naming V and IU 'Taejun' and 'Jihye'. Fans were especially excited by the fact that even V, who is currently serving in the military, got absorbed in the music video's worldview and mentioned the 'Taejun, Jihye' meme.

In 5th place is the behind-the-scenes photo of the music video for "Love Wins All," which received 12.88 million "likes." Next, the pictorial in which V collaborated with Celine and Harper's Bazaar, for which he is active as a global ambassador, ranked 7th with 12.59 million "likes." In 11th place is a photo from V's pictorial "TYPE 1," which was posted on July 21.

Member RM's post on June 15th, in which he uploaded a photo of the members all gathered together for the first time in a long while to celebrate Jin's discharge from the military, also caught attention, ranking 8th with 12.38 million likes.

Even though he's not active, V has a huge influence. I can't help but say that it's amazing that 4 posts were included. I also liked this post.

I'm even happier that RM's post with the members was linked at number 8. It's BTS after all.
