What does BTS, Bangtan Boys meaning in english?
2024.09.11 17:35
Do you all know what BTS, Bangtan Boys, stands for?
Most fans might already know, but for those who have just joined the ARMY, let me explain!
BTS refers to the Korean group name 'Bangtan Sonyeondan,' which translates to 'Bulletproof Boy Scouts' in English.
Just like a bulletproof vest blocks bullets, the group aims to overcome hardships and prejudices and protect their musical values throughout life.
Their fanbase is called ARMY, symbolizing an army that stands together with BTS, making it a perfect match!

In 2017, BTS officially announced that their name also holds the meaning 'Beyond the Scene.'
Which meaning do you like better? Bangtan Sonyeondan OR Beyond the Scene
