BTS' J-Hope will be heading out to cheer on the Kia Tigers.
According to Sports Chosun, J-Hope will be the ceremonial first pitcher for the second game of the 2024 Korean Series between the Kia Tigers and Samsung Lions, scheduled to be held at the Gwangju KIA Champions Field on the 22nd.
J-Hope has always shown his love for KIA, whose hometown is Gwangju. In BTS' song "Ma City," he showed his affection for KIA and his hometown Gwangju with lyrics such as "I'm from Jeollanam-do, Gwangju baby" and "I put KIA in and start the engine and bounce like crazy." That's why he came out in person to celebrate KIA's Korean Series.
